19. Armenian Genocide Insurance Litigation: Bad Faith Lawsuits Brought In The Wake Of The First Genocide of the 20th Century

The long-delayed resolution recognizes the massacre of 1.5 million Armenians at the hands of Ottoman Turkey as an act of genocide, and condemns Turkey's efforts to deny recognition of the Genocide.
